Aluminium hardtail, sporting easy to accelerate and nimble 27.5″ wheels, our more comfort-focused geometry, 100 mm of front suspension and a double chainset setup, giving you plenty of gears to choose from and lots of comfort and control.

Double chainring equipped entry-level 27.5″ aluminium hardtail featuring a more upright and, therefore, more comfortable riding position than our more race-focused hardtails. The riding position puts less strain on the lower back and also improves the visibility of what lies ahead. A 100 mm suspension fork from SR Suntour and hydraulic disc brakes improve comfort and control even further.

The alternative to our BIG.NINE 29er hardtails for riders who prefer the smaller 27.5″” wheels. The latest aluminium frame generation of our BIG.SEVEN TFS and SPEED mountain bikes featuring slim tube shapes create a new look and a more relaxed geometry. A shorter top tube and a higher head tube offering a more upright riding position and enhanced trail visibility. Similarly to our 29er wheeled BIG.NINE range, our classic BIG.SEVEN hardtails are the backbone of our range and showcase the enormous wealth of experience and knowledge we could gain in almost half a century of bike production and manufacturing. They symbolise the symbiosis between modern frame technology, attention to detail and craftsmanship ‘Made in Taiwan’.

TECHNOLOGIES

X-TAPER HEADTUBE

Our X-Tapered headtube offers the space for a tapered fork to be fitted. Tapered forks offer superb stiffness and precise and deliver confidence-inspiring steering.

SMOOTH WELDING

Sometimes called double pass welding, a second pass over the weld gives a clean organic look to the frame. At first glance, you will be convinced it is carbon.

INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING

Cables are routed through the frame, entering and exiting through smoothsockets. The bike looks neat, whilst the cables are protected from moisture and dirt.

DOWN TUBE EXIT

Ensures that internally routed cablesand wires cant move freely and remaineasily accessible for servicing.

RACELITE 61 ALUMINIUM

We use a minimum of 6061 aluminium. The pay back is that its possible to make lighter and more advanced frames.We use an additional heat treatmentand double-butted wall thicknessesto produce light and stiff frames.

TFS – TECHNO FORMING SYSTEM

Technoforming is a mechanical forming process, shaping the tubes by usingnegative moulds, at times combinedwith an internal metal core.

F-MOUNT

F-Mount equipped bikes have integrated fittings for mud guards (some bikesrequire model specific mud guards),making fitting fast and simple.

K-MOUNT

Integrated mount on the chainstay tofit a MERIDA kickstand (or any commercial kickstand).

C-MOUNT

C-Mount equipped bikes have the fixing points for a rear rack already integrated (some bikes require model specificrear rack), making fitting fast, simpleand reliable.
